US concerned as Russia lifts ban on delivery of S-300 missiles to Iran

The United States has objected to Russian's act of lifting the ban on delivery of Russian air defense missile system to Iran, with Secretary of State John Kerry raising the issue with his Russian counterpart in a phone call.
