Taliban publish biography of 'RPG-loving' Mullah Omar

The Afghan Taliban on Sunday published a descriptive biography of their "charismatic" supreme leader Mullah Omar, in a surprise move apparently aimed at countering the creeping influence of the Islamic State group within insurgent ranks.
