Obama touts clean energy in bid to restore US leadership in Caribbean

President Barack Obama met with Jamaica`s prime minister on Thursday, announcing a major clean energy partnership ahead of a Caribbean summit where he hopes to reassert U.S. leadership in the region at a time when oil-producing Venezuela`s economic clout may be receding.
