NATO chief says Russia still equipping Ukraine rebels

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on Wednesday that Russia was continuing to arm and train rebel forces in eastern Ukraine and he called on Moscow to respect a ceasefire by withdrawing fully from the conflict.
