John Kerry arrives in Egypt to meet Sisi, Abbas and Jordan`s Abdullah: Report

US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived on Friday in the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh where he is to meet President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to discuss the fight against Islamic State, a news agency's journalist said.
