Israel's Netanyahu heads to Washington for Congress speech

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday headed to Washington to press his case against an emerging deal on Iran's nuclear programme in a contentious address to the US Congress, which he said he is delivering out of concern for Israel's security.
