Ukrainians to withdraw heavy weapons after full ceasefire

Ukraine will start withdrawing its heavy weapons from the security zone in eastern Ukraine as soon as the pro-Russian separatist militias fully respect the agreed ceasefire, the Ukrainian military command announced Monday.
