Kurds retake Syria's Kobane but fight against ISIS far from over: US

In a major blow to the Islamic State in Syria, Kurdish forces have managed to retake 90% of the embattled border town of Ayn al-Arab “Kobani” after over a hundred days of intense clashes with the extremists, the US Central Command confirmed on Tuesday.
