UN letter refers to 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed as 'Saheb'

In what is set to upset India, Jamat-ud-Dawa chief Hafiz Saeed who masterminded 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, has been referred to as “Saheb” in a United Nations Security Council letter.
