Ukraine to resume peace talks with rebels Wednesday

A fresh round of peace talks between representatives from Kiev and the leadership of independence-seeking pro-Russian insurgents will take place Wednesday in Minsk, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said here Tuesday.
