NATO says separatists in Ukraine violate ceasefire

Ukrainian forces are doing what they can to respect the peace agreement signed in Minsk, while that country`s pro-Russian separatists, with Russian backing, are violating it, NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said Tuesday.
