Another US black teen shot by police; city mayor says it wasn't like Ferguson shooting

The US police were again at the receiving end of seething public outrage on Wednesday after another black teen was shot dead by a white police in a St Louis suburb in US city of Berkeley, evoking protests and violence. However, the Mayor of Berkeley refused to compare the shooting with Ferguson case, saying it was not the police that initiated it.
