ICC says won`t prosecute over Israel`s deadly Gaza flotilla raid

The International Criminal Court (ICC) will not launch a prosecution over Israel`s raid on a Gaza-bound flotilla in 2010 in which 10 Turkish activists died, despite a "reasonable basis" to believe war crimes were committed, the chief prosecutor said Thursday.
