UN marks Interanational Day of Non-violence as tribute to Gandhi

Gandhian principles have become more pertinent in 21st century when terrorism and violence are inflicting suffering on millions, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Thursday said as the world body commemorated Mahatma Gandhi's 145th birth anniversary, marking International Day of Non-violence.
