Rebels let besieged Ukraine troops retreat from checkpoint

More than 100 besieged Ukrainian soldiers, surrounded for nearly a fortnight at their checkpoint near Lugansk, were allowed to retreat after an agreement with pro-Russian insurgents, a rebel leader said Tuesday.
