Prosecutors seek ICC ruling that Kenya not cooperating

International Criminal Court prosecutors on Tuesday asked judges to rule that Kenya is not cooperating with their crimes against humanity case against Uhuru Kenyatta, as the Kenyan president flew to The Hague.
