US slaps sanctions on Harakat ul-Mujahadeen leader, 2 LeT men

The US on Tuesday slapped sanctions against a top leader of Pakistan-based terrorist group Harakat ul-Mujahadeen, and two financial conduits of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) that has been involved in a series of attacks in India, including the 2008 Mumbai attacks.
