Palestine seeks progressive ties with Israel, says envoy

Palestine is ready to establish a progressive relationship with Israel if it agrees to peacefully co-exist with Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine, Palestinian Ambassador to India Adli Shaban Hasan Sadeq said on Sunday.
