Lavrov, Kerry appeal for ceasefire, talks in Ukraine

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry Sunday called for immediate ceasefire in Ukraine`s conflict zone as well as to hold negotiations between the conflicting parties.
